Qur'anic Verses on Mercy (61–70)

61. Surah Al-Khaf (18:98)

قَالَ هَـٰذَا رَحْمَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّي فَإِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ رَبِّي جَعَلَهُ دَكَّاءَ وَكَانَ وَعْدُ رَبِّي حَقًّا ‎

﴾الكهف: ٩٨ ﴿

He said, “This is a mercy from my Lord; but when the promise of my Lord comes, He will level it, and the promise of my Lord is ever true.”

62. Surah Maryam (19:2)

ذِكْرُ رَحْمَتِ رَبِّكَ عَبْدَهُ زَكَرِيَّا ‎‏

﴾مريم: ٢﴿

This is a mention of the mercy of your Lord to His servant Zechariah.

63. Surah Maryam (19:21)

قَالَ كَذَٰلِكِ قَالَ رَبُّكِ هُوَ عَلَيَّ هَيِّنٌ وَلِنَجْعَلَهُ آيَةً لِّلنَّاسِ وَرَحْمَةً مِّنَّا وَكَانَ أَمْرًا مَّقْضِيًّا

﴾مريم: ٢١ ﴿

He said, “Thus it will be; your Lord says, ‘It is easy for Me. And We will make him a sign to the people and a mercy from Us. And it is a matter already decreed.’”

64. Surah Maryam (19:21)

وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُم مِّن رَّحْمَتِنَا وَجَعَلْنَا لَهُمْ لِسَانَ صِدْقٍ عَلِيًّا ‎ ‏

﴾مريم: ٥٠ ﴿

And We gave them of Our mercy and We made for them a reputation of high honor.

65. Surah Maryam (19:53)

وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُ مِن رَّحْمَتِنَا أَخَاهُ هَارُونَ نَبِيًّا

﴾مريم: ٥٣ ﴿

And We gave him out of Our mercy his brother Aaron as a prophet.

66. Surah Al Anbyaa (21:75)

وَأَدْخَلْنَاهُ فِي رَحْمَتِنَا إِنَّهُ مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ

﴾الأنبياء: ٧٥ ﴿

And We admitted him into Our mercy. Indeed, he was of the righteous.

67. Surah Al Anbyaa (21:84)

فَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ فَكَشَفْنَا مَا بِهِ مِن ضُرٍّ وَآتَيْنَاهُ أَهْلَهُ وَمِثْلَهُم مَّعَهُمْ رَحْمَةً مِّنْ عِندِنَا وَذِكْرَىٰ لِلْعَابِدِينَ

﴾الأنبياء: ٨٤ ﴿

So We responded to him and removed what afflicted him of adversity. And We gave him back his family and the like thereof with them as mercy from Us and a reminder for the worshippers.
